All Quiet Acoustic products are rigidly and structurally assembled from the same 5000 series cromate treated aluminium honeycomb microperforated panels and extrusion suite. 1 - The Noise Barrier - DNV ISO IMO and US coast guard certified lightweight structural noise barriers. 100% microperforated aluminium honeycomb sandwich panels, with thickness varied to cancel any specific noise problems. Panles are flat packed, self supporting, and quick to install on site. Can be supplied with doors pre cut and assembled into panels. 100% fibre free means noise reduction will not be reduced in dusty or wet environments.
2 - The Noise Enclosure - Full extrusion suite to enable click together bespoke manufacture of enclosures of any size and shape. Panel thickness is varied for specific industrial noise control. 100% aluminium honeycomb sandwich panels are lightwieght, stiff, and strong, meaning no separate frames are required. 100% fibre free means noise reduction will not be reduced in dusty or wet environments.
3 - The Shop Hoarding System - A lightweight structural shop hoarding system, designed to cancel all common shop fit out equipment noises. Comes as complete system for quick erection and dismantelling, with lockable doors. Lease arrangements with commission/ decommissioning services available.
3 - Marine Vessel Noise Control - 5000 series chromate treated aluminium honeycomb panels for headliners and bulkheads of marine vessels, to cancel engine noise and improve communication and comfort in bridge and accommodation rooms. The lightweight, non-combustible, fibre free, and brighter alternative to glass fibre.
4 - Domestic and Commercial Air Conditioning Noise Control - Custom designed silencing pods and barriers for most domestic and commercial condenser units. will achieve cumulative 20-35 decibel reduction from the critical low frequency region of noise, without effecting the free air flow of the unit.
